Hi,
Today is my first day to express myself in my own blog. I've a lot of things to share with all and vice-versa. In life, there are fun, happiness, sadness, loneliness etc. Human are never satisfied with what we have. Only we ourselve could change our thinking and attitude.
I've 3 beautiful kids -Saimah(8yrs), Sameer(7yrs) and cutie little Sonia(4yrs). Sometimes not only they learn from me but i also learn from them. I wonder how my mom managed to take care of 14 of her children.
I came across an article 8 steps towards balancing work and life :
1. Decide what's most important to you each day
- identify what realyy matters today.
2. Keep everything organized
- organize in keep things at their own place will save time and headache.
3. Delegate as many tasks as possible
- distribute tasks to your co-worker or spouse/children
4. Give yourself minibreaks whenever can
- in other word "commercial break" to relax abit
5. Make every moment of the day count
- focus on being where you are right now.
6. Negoatiate your workload with your boss
- make more flexcible and work smarter.
7. Don't put off things you can done today
- try to maintain the things you have plan for the day.
8. Allow yourself the freedom to say 'no'
- sometimes it is much better to say 'no' once in a while.
